OUR LAND
On the undulating hills surrounding Verona,
olive groves and vineyards are an integral part of the landscape.
It is exactly on these hills, in the heart of the Val d’Illasi,
that we chose to build our mill and raise our family.
THE OLIVE GROVES
The calcareous soil and the our microclimate have favored the cultivation of the olive trees in this area since ancient times.
Our olive groves are located on the hills of Mezzane di Sotto, not far from our oil mill.
We cultivate the two indigenous varieties, Grignano and Favarol, and other typical varieties that are best suited to the characteristics of our territory.
